The Echostar IP Set Top Box HDX-200 seen at the IBC 2011 Amsterdam is an Android 2.3 operated device & runs Linux kernel 2.6.34.

According to Echostar (known from its Satellite receivers) the HDX-200 is a compact, powerful & cost effective set-top box designed to enable consumers to access IP based content. 

The setup-box enables the delivery of a wide range of content, apps and services directly to the TV, over the Internet, or through IPTV or home networks.
